In this inexpensive printing process, the lanyards are printed using a screen printing stencil. The printing ink is transferred to the lanyard through the screen. Simple graphics and logos as well as text modules and advertising slogans are best suited to this process. High-resolution graphics and logos with color gradients are not possible with this type of printing. One-sided or double-sided printing possible. Single-color and single-sided screen printing is the most economical. Also possible with tubular tape.

This high-quality digital printing process promises lanyards with a special look and print quality. The print data is digitally transferred to a transfer foil and then transferred to the lanyard using pressure and heat. This makes the lanyards particularly soft and gives them a velvety feel. Lanyards in sublimation printing are ideal for photos, elaborate logos and graphics; almost any motif can be realized with this print. The number of printing colors is not limited, and color gradients can be printed in great detail. One-sided or double-sided printing is possible.

These textile ribbons with woven text or logos are particularly robust and durable. The motifs are firmly woven in and bonded to the textile lanyard, so no color can be rubbed off. They are suitable for lanyards that are used particularly frequently, e.g. when carrying an employee ID card or badge and are therefore subject to greater wear and tear. Only simple line graphics and text can be realized here. Color gradients and complicated logos cannot be used.

These exclusive lanyards are becoming increasingly popular. The sewn-on satin ribbon gives these premium lanyards a particularly high-quality and elegant look. A printed or woven satin ribbon is sewn onto a sturdy polyester carrier ribbon as a cover ribbon. A special effect is created when both ribbons are dyed in different colors.
